Taylor Yarkosky is a Constitutional conservative, job creator, and proven leader. Raised in a small Iowa farm town as the oldest of nine children, he learned the values of hard work, faith, and integrity early in life.

After graduating from the University of Iowa, Taylor moved to Florida in 1999 and has called Lake County home since 2004. An entrepreneur who started his first business with a loan, Taylor has created hundreds of jobs across Central Florida.

During COVID-19, Taylor kept every employee on payroll thanks to President Trump’s PPP program and credits Governor DeSantis’s leadership for protecting Florida’s right to work.

A proud NRA member and licensed firearms instructor, Taylor trains law enforcement and private security teams across the state.

In December 2024, Taylor was elected to a two-year term as Chair of the Lake County Republican Executive Committee (REC), stepping into this leadership role following Anthony Sabatini’s departure. His election is seen as a symbol of fresh vision and unity for the party.

Taylor lives in Montverde with his wife, Courtney, and their five children. They are active members of Lakeside Church and supporters of charitable organizations across Florida, including the Clermont Cancer Foundation. Faith, family, and service remain at the center of Taylor’s life — and his commitment to the people of Lake County.
